These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Enhance Payments platform operated by Enhance Payments ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the Enhance Payments platform, you confirm that you are authorized to represent the organization you are acting on behalf of, and that your organization agrees to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Enhance Payments provides a payment orchestration layer for professional communities, associations, and academies. Our platform enables organizations to:
- Collect membership fees, course payments, and event registrations
- Connect to payment gateways including Razorpay, Stripe, and PayU
- Automate renewals, send payment reminders, and generate receipts
- Access payment reports and transaction history
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@enhance.events if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Payment Processing
Enhance Payments facilitates payments through third-party gateways. By using our platform:
- You agree to the terms and conditions of the connected payment gateway(s)
- You are responsible for accurately representing the nature of the payments you collect
- You must not use the platform to collect payments for prohibited goods or services
- Gateway fees, if applicable, are in addition to any Enhance Payments subscription fees
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of Enhance Payments, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Not use the service to send spam, conduct fraud, or misrepresent your organization
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date
- Ensure you have the right to collect payments from the individuals you transact with
6. Fees and Billing
Subscription fees, if applicable to your plan, are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, branding, and technology within the Enhance Payments platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enhance Payments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
